Over 34 years experience in real estate, the last 4 years as a consultant, and 12 years prior to this have been in real estate funds management. 5 years as a CEO of an ASX Listed REIT and 5 years as the CEO of an unlisted Wholesale Fund. Experience in launching, marketing, operating and growing funds under management .

INDUSTRY KNOWLEDGE

Extensive real estate Industry experience in shopping centres, commercial office buildings,seniors housing, and student housing and sectors.

INVESTMENT GRADE REAL ESTATE

Prior experience in capital transactions, acquiring and disposing of investment grade real estate.

BOARD EXPERIENCE

Board experience as a non-executive director of an ASX Listed Company and currently on a not-for-profit professional Board has provided good grounding in Corporate Governance and risk management.

VALUATIONS

Over 20 years experience as a real estate valuer with 10 years in senior leadership roles at Jones Lang Lasalle.
